The human body has more than 5 senses, and for that matter, more than 6 senses.
However, if you are refering to that uncanny "ability" to sense people behind you in the same room, looking at your neck, it is probably just a correct dosage of unease, tiredness and coincidence, as well as other signs that your mind might have unconciously registered.

Many people have a sixth sense, some claim it is a gift from God. (It IS biblical). While driving, I occasionally have a sense of something being in the road around the next few curves (WIthout any specific clues like emergency lights flashing). Sure enough, there is an animal, vehicule, or somthing else in the road.
