I don't think so. I'm generally of the view that if you can't get into the school, university or job that you eant to without private tuition, you'll only struggle once you actually get there.

If you go to a normal school in England, you need all the help you can get, especially if you ever hope to live and work outside the UK.

I think they are helpful... Actually, i think this would be a better solution rather than sending children to private/boarding schools
