It's called "Ready Strip." The manufacturer is called "Back to Nature." It's green gunk in a tub, you spread it on, and scrape it off when it turns white. It runs about $13-$15 a quart.

i saw it too i think a while back., was it that pasty greenish white gunk and it takes the paint and muck off the walls and you spread it on with a putty knife or something? i found a link so some stripper stuff, not the one on tv though... http://www.m-tc.com/paint_stripper/wood_paint_stripper.htm
