I have a problem with the local athorities doing nothing about my cosion witch is only 16years old Living with a drugy, Controling 24 year old guy! He dont let her do anything, Like he wont let her come see her family or call them she is not allowed to leave the house or go to school she is only at a 7th grade and he made her quit to be a pefect little home wife. All he is useing her for his to have babys and to be a sex slave... Like she has to wait home for him to have sex with him that is just what her life is clean the house and have sex right now she is pregnut. She has know one to help her out other than his wack job of a mother and grand mother with he and she lives with all they all do drugs up there and i do know this for a fact because i am her cosion and i did go up there before they started going out i didnt know he was that old we had ment them all through a 16 year old boy witch is a friend of all of ours. But my point is he gets away with rape and giving her a jail house tatoo in his living room from one shoulder to the other shoulder to the middle of her back. She has so many helth problems and they are giving her drugs this is gonna end up killing her she could breath good before the drugs N the smokeing and sniffing how the hell is she gonna live? Know one seams to care the courts or the police. He is an Oneida Indian but i dont see how he can get a way with this my best friend went to jail for rape or his girl friend he was 18 and she was 17. thats what i dont understand and then to top it all off the system lets her get merried to a rapest... with only her mothers consent. In the book it has to be both parents. this is not legal at all i would like someone to help me do something about this.

keep calling the local police, tell them where the house is and tell them there is alot of drug traffick there. also call social services and tell them the situation, tell them your cousin is pregnant and tell them where she lives. they will more than likely want to check up on her, if not her, her unborn baby. plus they could give you advice and other phone numbers to call. call your local churches and talk to the pastors, at least to just get advice on the issue or to get other phone numbers to places who can help. you might even want to ask a doctor for some advice for your cousin. you could always ask her to come stay with you too. but please dont turn your back on her. tell her your door is open for her. she might need to take refuge in the near future. and please remember she is very young and doesnt see all aspects on this problem. her emotions and feelings are very strong right now. we all remember the teen years. also try an abuse hotline. sorry so long, hope this helps.

It's not both If one has soul custody. If you really want something done you have to get the parents involved you are only her cousin. But if her mom/dad said they wanted her home, the police would have to get her and bring here. And if they found drugs while doing it them that guy would go to jail. You are in a tough spot. I hope everything works out OK.

Since she's a minor, maybe you can get Children and Family Services in on it and they can pressure L.E. to do something.
Once I knew someone who was on drugs with kids. Her dad has been a cop, so they looked the other way. The I sent an anonymous letter with details to the Drug Enforcement Agency. They busted her, and today she's totally changed and her kids are fine.

call the cops and tell them that their are drugs in that house and tell them about your cousin getting ready to have a baby and she is having a baby and is doing drugs and here parents are to and that she is dating a guy that is 25 and that at her parents won't let her go to school i know this is going to hurt someone ,but this is the best thing to do to get her out of this mess good luck let me know what happens love is thicker then water i see you have a lot of love for your cousin she might hate you for what you are about to do but in the long run she will thank you

you could talk to some close frineds and try to kidnap her from there...if the authorities don't do anything...check when he goes to work, go in, get her, get out.take her straight to detox.he won't be able to take her from there until she is fine.in the mean while, talk to her, convince her to have a divorce.it will be difficult if she has children tho...anyway, the most important thing is to get her out of there as fast as possible.take care, and good luck!p.s. get restraining order on that bastard so he won't come near her again.

go try to see her if she wants to leave take her then if she wants to stay there is nothing you can do.she is proabably getting beat and her life may have been threaten if she trys to leave.where is her mom at and how did she end up there in the first place.
