Is this the same boss you complained switched the air con on? You appear to have a very low tolerance for other people idiosyncrasies.
Maybe your boss just likes it sitting on the floor.

It's probably just how he or she feels most comfortable. Getting low to the floor with a wall at your back might mean you're craving extra security, but the only way to know is to ask him or her.
