Owh, so sorry .... but I've been there ....
You just need one small idea to live.... think like this,you are so stress right now ... make a plan like in 1 month you going to take one week off from your job, go to Europe, I suggest: Paris. The airfare is low right now, you just need like $ 300-$400 for tickets + booked also the hotel, it won't be expensive this time of the year. Buy the one week ticket for Metro, speak to nobody, nobody will talk to you either he he he ... just wonder around Paris .... look at the store, people, go with bus or metro or just walk ..... don't think about anything, don't make any plan ... just totally blank in Paris .....bring your cigarettes if you smoke, they don't mind ..... just enjoy yourself with nothing in your mind ....
On your way back to US ... you will get an idea and stress free ...... trust me ... been there, done that.... !!!!

Hey everyone has stress to deal with in life. But that dont' mean u shouldn't be living. You need to find a way to cope with your stress. Wether's it's talking about what ur stressed out over. Joggin, going out w/ friends.. Writeing down your feelings. But you need to find some way to relase your stress. Letting it build up never helps. Cuz at some point it's all gonna come out and you'll more than likely take it out on the wrong person.. But don't say you dont' feel like living.. There is nothing greater than life. Life can be hard at times. But that's life. In order to get any where in life you will stress get upset and things wont always go your way. But never never resort to saying you dont' wont to live. Your life is yours. Make it yours. Don't let stress bring you down!!!!! You'll be fine!!!!

Don't know how old you are but please go and speak to your doctor or if your at school a school counselor. Nothing is so bad in this world that should make you feel this unhappy. I have had bad times along with many other people, but we manage to keep on going. I have lost a husband, a child and lots of other things, but you always have to carry on. We only get one run at this life. Make the most of it and enjoy it. Take a look around at other people who have problems, whether they are mental or physical and just pull your socks up get some help and keep going. Good luck and keep your chin up.

Go talk to someone. I think most people feel like that sometimes. You just have to ride the storm out!!! Things will get better. Asking this type of question here isn't a good idea you need to find a friend, family, professional, ect

When you wake up in the morning you will feel better. whatever is happening in your life to make you feel this way? Think about all the privileges you have that others don't (roof over your head, clothes on your back, food in your stomach etc). That might make you feel a little better.

I GET THIS FELLING ALMOST ON A DAILY BASIS. I JUST TRY TO MAKE A LIST OF EVERYTHING THAT IS GOING WELL IN MY LIFE, AND FOCUS ON THOSE THINGS RATHER THAN THE NEGATIVE. IT USUALLY HELPS.ALSO YOGA AND PRAYER(IF YOU ARE RELIGIOUS) HELP. I ALSO GO TO A COUNSELOR, IT JUST HELPS TO TALK TO SOMEONE.
