Big. I have a undergraduate minor in Health Science from a CSU. The department chair was the head public health professor. Only about 15% of the courses were directly health-"disease prevention, nutrition (which actually fell under Family and Consumer Sciences-FACS)," the rest of the health sciences department curriculum was public health and occupational health.
