A company I used to work for called them "Review and Development Interviews" they then decided Interview was a bit formal so they became "Review and Development Meetings".
I personally think to the terms "Supervision" or "Job Chat" are better, and I usually have them in a local Coffee shop as it's a neutral place.
I have had a few meetings in the past where I've called them "Progression Lunches" and I've brought the lunch, I tend to find I get a more positive response that way.

We also have PDP, Personal development plan but Im sure you know that already, tricky one, its always been 121 at companies Ive worked for.
