By all means, tell your doctor, actually tell him everything!! - pregnancy related, even if just to give you peace of mind 8-)
It is normal though and I have had it - the early morning sickness and the funny stuff your throwing up. Its that white/yellowish flemmy looking stuff because you are vomiting when you tummy is empty.
Take care and all the very best with the remainder of your pregnancy

I know exactly what you're talking about.
Unfortunately, vomiting was the first symptom of my pregnancies. I started that before I even missed a period. With my first one, I vomited 5+ times a day UNTIL THE DAY I GAVE BIRTH. My second one wasn't as bad (both boys) - it only lasted 4 months.
If it was before I ate, it was basically just stomach acid. I think that is what you're talking about. Not to get gross myself, but it really burns coming up. And you're right it's just foamy and clear.
I had it both times, and again it's just stomach acid. And, as hard as it is to do, make sure you brush your teeth afterwards because it's very corrosive to the enamel on your teeth (I know, the last thing you'll want to do is gag yourself with a toothbrush but you need to try).
Hey, I know you're miserable now. But it truly will be worth it in the end!!

When you get a positive pregnancy reading you've been pregnant for at least 2 weeks which is long enough to have morning sickness try eating soda crackers or drinking ginger ale and see if that helps with the vomiting

hmm i have 2 children and i had morning sickness with both of them before i 'knew' that i was pregnant ... but i am not sure if the 'foamy white' saliva is normal ... just try to relax until you see your doctor. It may turn out to be nothing out of teh ordinary! Good luck.

Hi
I had morning sickness from the day I concieved until the day my kids were born, for both my pregnancies. I had the same as you, it happened mostly when I didnt have anything in my stomach to throw up. I found the best thing was ginger beer, and it does get better, I think I just got used to the feeling, and learnt to handle it.
Just remember........its all worth it in the end!!!!

I did not have morning sickness with my child. From what I understand with my friends is they actually vomit food or drink with morning sickness. You should call your doctors office and explain to the nurse what you are vomiting. Better safe than sorry. They will let you know if it is normal. If not then they will bring you in today.

Well, how far along are you? You usually don't start feeling sick until 2-3 months because of all the crazy things that are going on in your body. Its different for everyone though! I hope everything goes ok!
Another thing is you might just have yourself all worked up about it. Are you one of those people who always get worked up over things? That might be it... try to relax and not be nervous. Good luck!
