I agree with Austin & San Antonio on the friendly list. I also agree with Orlando & Miami on the least friendly. I've spent time in all of those cities.
I'd add St. Louis to the friendly list. Great place to live and raise a family.

Tulsa is the friendliest by far. I love it here although it's pretty boring. The least friendly I would have to say is Fairfax County, Virginia (right outside of DC). I hated living there.

I've felt very welcome in San Antonio, Austin, Long Beach(CA) and San Diego. Was treated rudely in St. Louis, New York City and Houston. This could have been a fluke. There are wonderful, friendly people everywhere.

I say the most friendly one is San Diego and the least fiendly is....drumroll: neither, all is ok but some of em is too cold in the winter for me:)
