In the company I work for I know they use a lighter approach: "your services are no longer required as they don;t meet company standards"

"you are fired"!! depends where you work lolol if he/she s really pissed "you are dismissed" might be a little better and wont hurt ya feelings that much what do you think?

my boss is the greatest boss he never says me this because he is highly impressed by me you can also impress your boss and this is the right way
