Love is something abstract that you can not be tell by the exact words but with statically it can be conclude that love is a feeling that natural happen in life (not only focus in human) which is no one can tell where it comes from.
So, it is can not be tell by the chemistry because no scientific evidance could approve the root or main source where love ar comes from. Actually, when some one is falling in love, there are very very complex chemical happen in the body which could affect and appears as emotion, physical and habits.

Philology is the scientific name of love science. Love is classifyable like brotherly love,sisterly love,motherly ,fatherly, friendly and of course sexual love. Sexual love is homosexual,heterosexual,bisexual and asexual or platonic love. Love is a basic instinct kept in control by higher centers of cerebral cortex. Expressed sexual love in adults is governed by secretion of testosterone in males, estrogen in females. These hormones help secrete fluids from prostate,vaginal mucosa, and stimulate muscles in penis and nipples. Many women reported orgasm when they were nursing their children. Depression in adults because of failed love is treated by psychotherapy,counseling and almost never with chemicals.
