I keep getting phone calls from companies saying they are calling on behalf of Orange and that my mobile is due for an upgrade. I get about 4 calls a week and it is driving me insane, I have to use my mobile for work so I cant ignore calls and my mobile is not due for an upgrade until February!

Mobile phone dealers automatically dail random numbers with the Orange prefiex to get customers to upgrade. Orange wouldn't have given your number out, thats why they ring you telling your out of contract and due for a upgrade, because they have no access to your account untill you give them the Ok to, then they call Orange and thats the first time they know of it.

mail order phone dealers do it on all mobile networks. There is no way for Orange to stop them im afriad. register your details with the TPS and once your registered, if they call you after 28 days after registering with the TPS, it could become illegal for to do so. But I would double check with the TPS if dealers would be included. They are registered dealers in the uk with the networks, so they might not be barred.

As a reseller not a provider Dial-a-telephone are constrained by ability of what they are in a position to furnish you, additionally, they make maximum of their money on the coverage not the telephone contract. T-cellular call centre could have a undeniable cancellation branch which will attempt to save you by ability of offering a greater valuable deal than they promote. that is genuine, be bullish and in case you do in comparison to what they provide then look someplace else. The marketplace is so aggressive maximum of them will furnish to purchase you out of your contract.
