Best computer fans on the market are Panaflos and Papst (which is hard to find in the USA). They move air fast, and are quiet. They are also industrial strength and will last a long time. Neither have LEDs.
A better option (since LED fans the lights are so subtle and dull -- have 7 Vantec Spectrum UV LED fans in this case to know), is to get a CCF (cold cathrode) to add on top of a fan - like the Sunbeam series. It'll generate a heck of a lot of light in a case, and much more kewl. Only would need 2 for a midsized case (like the Antec SOHO or Thermaltake Armor).
120mm fans will become more of the norm, as they move more air with less noise. And if you're using a Prescott (i.e., PresHOTT), you may wish to use a 120mm fan capable heatsink instead (heat pipe HSF are the best of the best in air cooling -- get aluminum/copper composites, not just solid copper and use Shin Etsu as a thermal grease -- 3c on average cooler than even Arctic Silver 5).

im not sure i get ur meaning ... but if you really want to cool a machine cut a couple of holes in the side and stick u a couple of 120mm fans blowing down on everything .. use any color u want even led . watever ..silverstones are good fans... and if you have the proper amount of fannage forget about sweating a few cfm .. that doesnt really mean diddly squat trust me .. the main thing is to have enough BIG fans especially on a high-power gaming rig.

No, it basically saves as plenty power and ingredients as accessible, on an identical time as waiting for a reaction from you. Your classes will nonetheless be there basically the variety you left them, yet once you have something that demands an internet connection (purpose, MSN, multiplayer on line video games), you would be disconnected.

Try these:
http://www.antec.com/us/pro_cooling.html
http://www.titan-cd.com/eng/intel.htm
When you buy 1 be careful with the air flow (CFM) and the noise (dB)
Try a water system for cooling your CPU, they look cool, high performance and kinda expensive.
