If by best, you mean most plausible and worrying, I would submit the following as my 'top three':
1. JFK was murdered by a conspiracy. This conclusion was accepted by the Senate House Committee on Assassination in the 1970's. It has huge implications because it makes you realise that a coup de ta was carried out in the land of the free and that those who benefited from the crime are probably still controlling the nation. Really, this is a scary theory.
2. Aspartame in soft drinks and flouride in our water is put there to control the population. These chemicals are said to have 'sedating effects' on the human mind and they are in plentiful supply to us in our soft drinks - that mostly children consume - and water supplies. Do a quick google search on these topics, look at the ingredients on your lemonade bottle or coke can... worrying huh?
3. What happened to Building 7? We all hear about the twin towers collapsing, but why did building 7 - some 2 miles away in manhatten, collapse as though demolished through explosives, on sept 11 2001? I certainly cannot find a logical reason why, but the conspiracy theorists suggest this is evidence that things on that fateful day were not as they seemed... worrying or worrying?

All conspiracy theories are constructed by a secret cabal operating beneath the Pentagon, consisting of the Illuminati, the priory of Psion, the skull and bones club and the elders of Zion. They are then transmitted into peoples minds from huge Tesla coils at area 51!

The WICCA letters are pretty good, as to how the pagans and the Wiccans are going to take over the world.
Much like "The Protocols of the Elders of Zion", it is a completely bogus "manifesto" meant to foment distrust and intolerance towards this group of people.
Strictly and completely bogus, if I might add again.
