I find it humorous and irritating at the same time. One would think they would at least try to spell things correctly so that others can figure out what the heck they are asking!

OH, be careful. This has been brought up a number of times. Supposedly, people who are bothered by poor spelling or grammar are just anal. Personally, poor spelling just puts me off . I find myself just moving on to the next answer . Why should I waste my time figuring out what you are trying to say ? It just seems lazy to me.

does it really matter that some people can not spell as expertly as others?
i thought the object of this exercise was to ask or answer questions. and maybe have a little fun in doing so.
being able to spell or not, does not make anyone better or worse than the next person,

Yes, i feel exactly like you! I can't even IM with someone that can't spell!! So, ! guess I'm anal! It is exasperating!! How can you help someone if you cannot understand the question! Most times, I'll ask "What was the question, again?"
