Dreams have many meanings. The fact that your dreams are of a sexual nature may not mean you want to have sex with this other person it may mean you like being close to them. Or it could mean the obvious that you are deep down developing feelings for this person. Really have a think how you feel about this person and decide.

Why should you do anything? As long as you're enjoyng the dreams I don't see what harm it is doing anyone else. I'm in a very happy hetrosexual relationship, but that doesn't stop me from having sexy dreams about women sometime!
