Consider all the resources poured into Iraq by the coalition forces, the tragic loss of life which continues on a daily basis, the divisions created in western countries, and Saddam Hussien who is still going through a bizarre trial, an aknowledged despot who triggered all this and they still haven't executed 3 years on...what has been achieved? Surely one or two strategically place explosions, probably of a radio-active nature would have been cheaper, quicker, and achieved about the same.....that is to say a stuffed up, dysfunctional Iraq. What is your view?

We've fought this war with both hands tied behind our backs. The purpose should have been destruction.. quick and simple. Our rules and misdirection will lose this war.

What would be worse? dropping a nuke on them or converting them to the greedy, self absorbed, materialistic, capitalists, We Americans are so proud of being.

Now think about it,, thousands of American soldiers occupying the country in border to border in every nook and cranny, each with name brand, sunglasses, junk food from home, blue jeans and rock music.

The Iraqi people will see all the wealth brought by us and envy it,, Big, strong, good looking American men and women, running all over the country with the finest equipment in the world.

As a former soldier I can assure you few things inspire awe on the level of the American, military at its finest.
Scary? You bet your A** but none the less awe inspiring.

Their conversion to capitalism is invevitable.

Contact Pentagon or the Office of the Secretary of States! They would organize a tour for you. The only catch is you got to board the plane at Guantanamo bay!!
