Try pasting copies in Yahoo Notepad on seperate lines, then just copy them again as you need them. Just keep a tab open (I'm using Internet Explorer 7 Beta 3 with my Yahoo homepage open)
It's great because you can just add a new tab by clicking the blank space next to the tab to open a new one. Fantastic, you don't have to close the old tabs. As you open new tabs, they are like new browsers. You can swap back and forth to each tab without closing the old ones.

I think that reading between the lines you really want to do this fast and dirty wihtout a lot of steps. that being said, the idea to make a notepad file called FAQ.txt on your desktop is a good one, but here is the trick, you need to learn how to use shortcuts to copy and paste. fortunately, selecting text, copying it and pasting it even in a different program is very easy and only involves three steps. first you need to select the text. This can be accomplished once the FAQ.txt is open by pressing the shift key with the up,down, left or right arrow keys. it will select the text in that direction. if you press ctrl and shift with an arrow, you will select the next whole word (right or left arrow) or the whole paragraph (up or down arrow). next you want to copy the selected text. just hit the ctrl button together with the c button, it may not appear like you did anything but you copied the text. Now go to the other program and hit ctrl v to paste. once you get the hang of it, it doesn't take more than a few seconds.

If these answers are important enough to keep why not create a reliable permanent record of them?
I'd set up a folder in My Documents and call it something like FAQ's (real original huh!).
Then I'd simply create a Word document for each category/subject you address frequently.
Then as the need arises you can Cut & Paste your response as many times as you need.
Additionally, you have the capability to copy these FAQ documents to a CD etc. so you have them permanently.

For some reason Microsoft got rid of the "Clipboard Viewer" in late versions of windows. There's a freeware program called Clipboard Buddy that you can download. It's simple to install and use, and you can tweak it to your liking. Hope this helps!

I would really just advise putting your default answers into a text document such as notepad or word, than when the issue comes up you can just copy it from the origional notepad document and paste it into the new document and or email or what have you.

Just save answers to FAQ's in a MSWord file then you can just look them up as you need them. That would be a lot easier!

You can put all your answers catologed in a database and use kind of mail-merge to auto fill it in.
