i did get my periods this month earlier than usual

If you got your period early this month that may be a cause (or effect) of your hormones being very out of wack. And yes, this could cause your breats to be tender, just like any other symptom women get in certain times of their cycles. I think this is the best reasoning for sore breasts - aside from being actually pregnant.

Sometimes if I consume too much caffeine, my breasts get really sore. Usually this happens the week before my period, but it has happened later as well. It is probably just hormones, but if the tenderness persists, I would have it checked out by your doc just to be safe.

The hormones in your body will make your breast tender at times!

maybe its just your hormones.this is off subject but when my friend was pregnant my breast leaked milk,I don't know why but they would leak large amounts.thats why I say it might be a hormone thing.

periods can make them very sore, and if its not pregnancy or period it could be something else, get it checked out

Usually it's PMS.
Or it may very well be the bra you may be using.
(It's most likely PMS though).
