i have an italian friend and the the woman who sings the song is italian (apparently). She says it means a black eye!

The person who wrote about the italian friend who thinks the singer is actually talking about 'black-eyes' makes good sense.
Given the song a whole new meaning.
Always wondered what 'chimney on her...' came from, that all makes perfect sense now!!

Depends on the size of the chimney. If its really small it'll look like she's wearing a funny hat.
