Just because you are a "bounty hunter" for the law doesn't mean you can break the law. They are all really lucky they aren't being charged with kidnapping.
The methods they used to contain Andrew Luster and the fact they wouldn't turn him over got them charged...
NOW...had they shown up for their court date over these charges...THEY WOULDN'T BE ARRESTED...
I find it a little ironic...people who pick up bail jumpers for not going to court, now end up in the same position as their prey.
