Nope, WWE stands for World Wrestling Entertainment, but WWF stands for World Wrestling Federation. They're completely different, so they can't use the former WWF logo instead of the current WWE logo.

No, I don't think that they can. They lost the case with the World Wildlife Foundation and then truned that decision into a pretty decent marketing tool with "WWE - get the F out"
