The correct answer is no. He has a movie deal with WWE films, just finished shooting in Australia and will star in "The Condemned" sometime in 2007. He was originally slated for the John Cena role in "The Marine" but his contract had lapsed at that time, and Cena was recast as the lead character. You should see Austin in the ring coinciding with the film's buildup and release, but only in a limited capacity. He's had a history of disagreeing with WWE's writers (can't blame him there), so you likely won't see him in any heavy matches, if at all...I'm thinking it will be mostly occasional appearances, interference in matches, messing with Vince, etc. Hope this info helped you out.

Stone Cold has not been fired. quite the opposite in fact. I've heard that the WWE is making a film with SCSA.

Austin is making a movie with WWE. He doesn't really wrestle anymore because his body can't take it anymore with all the bad injuries he's gotten over the years. The worst of all was the broken neck he got from Owen Hart. And whenever the WWE does ask him to do something he usually doesn't agree with the Creative team.
