Pretty specific request - any lending or customer service experience? The best way is to get your foot in the door as a Teller, learn about the bank and it's products and then look for opportunities to move up.

Most people start out as a bank teller and if you do a good job most banks will send you to Banking school. That is how my brother got his job. He did have a college degree. you will have to have that to.

stay at college get an education then initiate as a monetary consultant or banker and pass the entire Teller ingredient... Tellers do no longer substitute into monetary business enterprise managers... they stay Tellers all their existence till they pass back to college and get a finance degree.
