I believe he is destroying the most important values of his Country, in the name of a war he has invented. Balance of powers, due process, rule of law, human rights, etc... he thinks that because he is a "war president" he can do so? why does the Congress support him? I understand they are in election period, but i cannot believe that a political party is ready to undermine all what US means, in terms of democracy and constitutionalism?
Is there a way to stop him?
How?
By the way, he is putting the american citizens also in danger, above all the soldiers. The law that they avoid will be avoided also for them. There will be no rights, no trials.. denying the Geneva Convention brings more disadvantages to american people, than to "terrorists".....

No, you are obviously listening to people who are factually challenged.
But let's look at your unsupported reality-challenged charges.
1. Balance of powers. How? Actually, it is the court and the congress that are challenging the balance of power. The Congress is claiming to be able to legislate controls on the President's inherent authorities as commander in chief, and seeks to put legal intelligence operations under judicial veto.
2. Due process. How is due process being violated? Due process is a criminal court issue, not a war tribunal issue. POWs don't have 'due process' protections.
3. Rule of Law. Provide factual evidence that he has violated the rule of law. Just because a bunch of anti-Bush nutjobs whine about this does not make it fact.
4. Human rights. What human rights are being violated?
Just spewing these charges does not make them true. In the adult world, you need facts, supporting documentation, etc. to prove that what you say is right.
Can't really figure out your last incoherent thought about Geneva Conventions. Not only has Bush accorded the terrorists rights and conditions they do not merit, he is also treating them better than Geneva requires. You see, Geneva has specific requirements for you to be eligible for their protections. Terrorists fail to meet those requirements on all accounts. This is basic fact - why is it beyond you people?

You seem to be falling for all the propaganda produced by the leftists.. what you are espousing is far from the reality of what is taking place.. The Geneva Convention is observed during war when there are soldiers involved, not when there is no country being represented by the combatants.Do a bit more researching and a little less listening to the propagand and you will make a more valluable contribution The only intent of the propaganda you are taking in is; the destruction of the present administration and the party it represents..the only way that can be accomplished is to have as many people believe the falsity of the propaganda that is presented.. and you appear to be one of them. Find some of your own facts and don't be a clone.
The people you are listening to know they are misleading the public but, so be it. They have no conscience.

George Bush has an egocentric inner agenda that is contrary to the best interests of the American people. He makes some very oddball statements which he presents as "fact" when they are nothing more than his own personal opinion; he says God tells him what to do, and this should raise a red flag right there. Invoking God to justify psychotic acts is a tactic of the mentally ill.
George Bush is making the mistake of pronouncing by his actions that all peoples in the world must be just like the US, have a form of government just like the US, and the citizens of other nations must have the same rights and freedoms as the citizens of the US. He is caught up his out ego, infatuated with the idiotic comments that come out of his mouth (Hezbollah is the root cause of the crisis). He has set out on a course to subjugate the will of other nations by force in order to make them just like us whether they want to be or not, and this is a grave error.
We can only hope that his term will end before he commits too many more international insults and atrocities.

He did not get elected to office; do you recall the incidents in Florida and in Ohio? He Bogarted his way into the White House! Now, anyone and everyone that voted or not for him, I DARE you to read the Articles and Amendments of the Constitution... I DARE YOU!
Whenever the populace asks the right questions, he finds a diversion to avoid answering... Weapons of mass destruction, remember? Illegal immigrants.... Katrina.... (Dubya is always on a vacation when something happens) he spews propaganda and some misguided Americans who are fearful of the so-called terrorists try to jump down the throat of anyone who even questions the unfair and unjust treatment of others... and for what? So the super rich and powerful can continue to amass wealth and power? When is enough? If we disregard our own laws and our Constitution, we stop being Americans and we become as evil as our supposed enemies who do not respect laws or human rights!
'Nuff said!

well the good thing is that there are term limits. I don't see him doing anything more to hurt this country than career congressmen and women that have been rotting on capitol hill for 30 years. If all congresspersons had a limited amount of time...I think more would get done. I also see this party system as a major part of the undoing of our country. All it does is sponsor agendas and hold citizens from thinking for themselves. Instead they just subscribe to the closest agenda to their convictions, not realizing that either of the major parties are not actually working for what this country was "supposed" to be. To me this is what is tearing our country apart moreso than someone who won't be around in 2 years.

We are engaged in a war with an enemy that is completely dedicated to the conquest and conversion of the entire world, and has no restraints or qualms about how to accomplish that. If they get an atomic bomb, they will joyfully murder a million of us with it and feel not the least twinge of remorse or guilt. Such an enemy must be fought with every weapon at our command. Do not even hope that they won't use every weapon possible to bring us down, including our own freedoms and rights that we are so concerned about. It is a dilemma, but it is a real problem. I am open to hear what rational solutions the liberals have to offer.

You won't believe what you are about to read, please hear me out. You know very well that what you hear in your head is your spirit/soul expressing through your brain. A dead body is a lifeless body, a body without a spirit/soul. Everyone knows that.
However no one has proof of before and after death unless you had a near death experience and survived.
Inside of your DNA, are infinite potentials at a microcosmic and microscopic level. So small the human eyes can't see.
The cat in the hat.
A molecule inside a cell inside a heart inside your body ,
You are inside your car inside the USA on planet earth, with a huge moon over your head.
George Bush is not in your head or in your car
He is on your radio and tv and newspaper to remind you
that he is doing exactly what you are doing to your body.
What you are doing to your body he is doing to planet earth.
What is the difference....none
You eat fast food, You eat processed sugar,
You are most disrespectfull to your body.
You are overweight, even obese, you have cancer
You have lung cancer, you are diabetes, you have prostate and breast cancer, you sneeze, you have the flu, you take shots,
you have yearly mammogam, you have sexually transmitted diseases, you have diarrea, you are dehydrated cuz you don't drink enough water with no sugar in it.
Why the heck do you care about George Bush, you will be dead in no time before the real war is over.
I rent my body
My body is my temple and I feed my body fresh and healthy food
I will live to witness the death of George Bush because I am much younger.
He is a boy with a gun while you keep watching movies with guns.
What is the difference....none
What if we had a female American President, would you complain about that too....
