Cliamte change - if we all change what we do very quickly and stop our over consumption.
Wars - Education and stop using oil is the key here. Other cultures intregrating and learning about each other will help. But really most of the recent wars have been about the world govenments need to secure their oil reserves by 2010 so that they have a greater control of the worlds wealth.
Also dictators in many african states need to be held accountable for their actions.
Disease and illness - the fight against this will go on until the end of mankind. It is an arms race in itself. Every time we develop a resistance to a disease then it will evolve to combat that for its own survival.
Metors - well unless armageddon the film is to believed then there is not that much we can do. Although I think that by the time something is going to hit we might combat it.

In a simpler way, realizing the importance of life. one should realize that life is very short. nobody knows when the death knocks their doors! Death doesnot bother about wealthy or poor, landlord or landless, healthy or unhealthy, war and terrorism. it hs its own expiry date for each humanbeing. But, unfortunately those who are encouraging terrorism, war are not realizing this. Natural disasters are mercilessly sweeping away the populations not sparing even the new borns! all of us know what is happening in lebanon, palestine, kashmir, afghanistan, Iran and pakistan. ND's also doesnot know much about terrorism. But the sadest thing is Terrorists are not aware of the strength of natural disasters! when they realize, when they stop their activities,,,,all their strengths can be channellised towards reconstruction of those new societies which are affected by ND's. I strongly feel, when they realize the value of one life, when they try to rescue atleast one life of theperson from these ND's , they will never promote terrorism or any such activity labelled with various names. so friends, promote peace, love, care and concern for your fellowbeings. Humanity can be saved only by these socalled Terrorist friends! this is my humble request
