to make a long story short ,it's not even his biological child , he was railroaded by a crooked judge .and yes we had DNA done and we also hired a DNA expert who testified in court that the test was inaccurate, but the judge did not care

No - no further support is appropriate. However if there is any back support for payments that were missed, that is still owed. And if there was a child support court order specifying how much child support you were supposed to be paying, in order to terminate support you may need to file a motion to terminate child support. Go to the clerk's office where the order is from and their clerks should be able to help you with the paperwork. Oh - and it might be good to have on hand proof of the child's marriage.

It depends on the divorce and child support settlement. Normally, child support ends when a child is 18 unless the child attends college. Your court filings should indicate what your particular situation is.

Not in California. As soon as my son graduated from high school after turning 18, I was no longer obligated to pay. I can't imagine having to pay for someone who's gotten married... that seems a bit ridiculous.

Check the terms of the child support agreement, if they specify an age or a condition that will end the child support, that is the binding agreement.

If he gets married that means he is emancipated therefor you don't have to pay child support, bacause he gave up being a child.

If you are behind on it yes. If you never paid on it there have been adult children that have gone to court and gotten it so that the non custodial parent has to pay for all of the years that they didn't.

No way! You can give gifts of cash, but are no longer obligated to give anything.
