In some states icfai is not recognised. Symbiosis is reputed and i think is recognised in all the states. The latter can be preferred.

ICFAI , coz it offers degree , as symbiosis full time definately has values as it approved from AICTE but if you are looking for correspondence . Then neither it is approved from AICTE OR UGC . so better to go with ICFAI , atleast we will have degree with UGC recognition which will help us in overall career , Rest is upto individual selection
