Where I live, there are some very nosy people. Some just stare. I walk a lot & use a cane. I can understand curiosity, but some of these folks act like they've never seen very many walking people--at all.

I live in a small town, There are people here who "think" they know everything about everyone.
The kind who likes to snoop into others private business.

I don't think I ever had. In New Jersey, I lived in Rockaway in Northern NJ. It was a quiet neighborhood. Now in Ohio for both Shaker Heights for four years and now Euclid for two, it's been quiet, unless an accident happens on our block. Pretty quiet and peaceful.
