u should be more spesific.. what aplication u use?
IE?
try 'hack' the internet option like security, privacy, etc..
if its doesnt work..
try re install your OS

Window 98 NT ?
Heard of 98 and NT but they are different animals.
Sounds like you have either infected or corrupted or high security
going on.
ASSuming no infections... yes that was no accident... then those sites are being 'blocked'(by either your browser, security app, or virus).
This can be done be removing the 'infection(s)', repairing damaged files, or giving those sites 'permission'.
Sorry answer cannot be more detailed BUT that require some more info...
