Yes. Saw a preview for it. It's called SC3: The Escape Clause.
Basic plot Martin Short as Jack Frost goes back in time to prevent Tim Allen from getting the Santa suit.

Yep with Martin Short playing Jack Frost. He will battle Tim Allen's Santa to become an evil Santa. get your puke buckets ready, hopefully they will hand them out at the theater. I can not for the life of me understand why movie execs think that Tim Allen is talented and that Martin Short is funny.

Yes, there is. There's a very pretty black actress who's going to play the lead. Don't remember her name, though. I wonder if Tim Allen is going to be Santa again, or if he'll "fall off the roof" like the predecessor did.
