There are a number of ways you can transfer your pictures to your PC:
1. Using the USB cable supplied with your phone/camera. This would need you to install the software drivers that accompanied the phone/camera on an Installation CD.
2. Using wireless technology like Bluetooth or Infra-red if your phone/camera supports the same.
3. E-mailing the photos to your email account from your phone if you have an Internet account set up on your handset.
4. Using a card reader that allows you to insert the memory cards from your phone/camera and transfer files and pictures to and from it.

To do this you need a USB cable. Attach one end to the phone and the other to your PC. Scroll through your pics and select them to go on to your PC.

depending on the phone you have you need to either send the pictures through an email
When looking at the pics you should have an option to send them, send them to your email and then get on your pc and check your email. ***POOF*** you have the pics...
OR
Go buy a cable designed to connect your phone to your computer and then buy the software and it will allow you to transfer the pics as well as music and much more!
Hope this helps
