For something like this I would contact a pharmacist. They will be able to help you.
I know that pregnant woman can take Tylenol, but I am not sure if they can take Tylenol Cold and Flu.
Try some ginger ale, or weak tea for your throat.

Check with your doctor to be 100% sure. But when I was pregnant I took Tylenol cold. Only the pills though. I don't think the kind you mix w/ water is safe. I think I was further along too so call your doctor. If morning sickness kicks in I found the motion sickness bands you wear on your wrists work wonders! Best of luck to you and your baby. I hope you feel better soon.

I'm 34 wks and when I went to the doctor when I found out that I was pregnant, they gave me a list of safe meds.
Regular Tylenol
Sudafed
Robitussin (dm)
This should help. I have had a cold since 09/11/06. Been drinking hot tea w/ lemon & honey, sudafed for stuffiness & congestion along w/ tylenol for discomfort. ( i hate robitussin-yucky).
Good luck & congrats on your pregnancy.

It sounds like allergies! I just delivered a few months ago, and during my pregnancy I had bad allergies. During certain trimesters you may take different meds. over the counter. Always ask a pharmacist, the know more about OTC meds. than anyone. Be sure to let them know how far along you are so the can give the correct recommendation...it matters, esp. to keep the baby safe during your illnesses.

You should check with your doctor or pharmsist before taking anything over the counter..... they will know what the safest products to use during pregnancy are. What ever you do, don't take anything recommended by any one here as there may be dangerous effects for you and the baby.

when i was pregnant i used vicks vapor rub. i would dab a little under my nose then put some on my chest. wear a spagetti strap shirt so that it traps in some of the heat but lets the smell reach your nose too. as for the cold medicine you can ask your doctor what would be the best to use.

When I called the dr. they said that the only thing I could take during the first trimester was TYLENOL......I am so sorry for you!
Try to sleep it off

You can take paracetamol but less than the stated dose. Whatever you do, DONT take aspirin as this thins your blood and can cause miscarriage.
