During the night you go through several different stages of sleep, from light sleep to very deep sleep. When dreams occur you are usually in REM (rapid eye movement) stage of sleep. It is a fairly deep stage, but not the deepest. Your eyes will dart around underneath your closed eyelids (hence the name of the stage), BUT, interestingly the voluntary muscles of the body are paralyzed during REM sleep. Thus, if you are awakened during REM it may take a moment or two longer to be able to come to full consciousness and control of your body movements. You do NOT dream all night long and most people will enter a stage of lighter sleep as morning nears (if their cycles through the night have been fairly regular) and it will be easier to awaken to an alarm clock.

You may be right, but there are people (i know some of them) who can control their dreams. I think that these people are capable of waking up in the middle of a dream

An alarm clock may help if it is strategically placed far enough from your bed that you have to stand up and walk a few feet to shut it off.
You could also show this question to your language arts teacher and ask him/her to call you on the phone each morning in order to make sure that you attend the language arts class.

Ooo, dreams (you said creams, lmao)
Well, apparently you don't remember dreams if you've dreampt the whole dream, but you do if you woke up through it or someone's waken you.
I've often been blacked out with dreams and never wanted to wake up, then my dream changes..
You ever had thoes dreams where it's almost real that it's scary? lol

Aw, you're just being silly. When I dream, I am always asleep. But I am never late for school, no matter how hot the dream is.

What? First your dreaming, then your creaming and you actually have dreams WHILE YOU ARE SLEEPING? That's madness. And you actually stop dreaming after you wake up. Absolutely unbelievable.

Yes, I dream.
