Nothing to worry about. Despite all the myths and rumors no-one's been able to establish a link between dreams and future events. I don't think you're going to go an commit murder so you don't need to lock yourself in a cell.

It probably means you have a lot of repressed anger. You need to find a constructive way to 'vent'. The slitting of the throat is a very violent act, so I would say you have a lot of repressed anger. Look at the person you were hurting. The dream doesn't necessarily mean you want to hurt that person, but rather what they represent to you. Don't freak out! But you do need to maybe go hit a punching bag or something.

The throat and cutting of that throat, means that person will not be able to talk, speak, relate, are you trying to get someone to stop saying something that you do not care for, the manner in which you are trying to stop this, is violent, and creating harm towards someone else, doesn't necessarily mean that you are a violent person, but you need to keep your anger in check, and negotiate the feeling with yourself, is it worth having all the pent up hostility towards this person, let it go.

it depends on what happens before and after. if it was violent and aggressive then maybe you need to sort out some unresolved issues with that person. it sounds like you can't take it anymore.
If it was sympathetic - eg to put an end to suffering then it shows you really have feelings for that person and care for them deeply. Lastly if it was accidental then maybe you're feeling guilty about something that may hurt that person.

It's probably you had late dinner and also if you were watching a bad movie that bather you or something like that. Don't worry it doesn't mean you are going to kill anybody. It's all in the state of mind .
