I my self height is 5.4inchs. It is not a sound heigt for a man .so I felt guilty at the surrounding of my frinds ,so i wants know it can possible or not.if possible ,then please inform me How?

It sounds like you are entirely average, just like most everybody else. Is average enough? It seems to work out okay for the majority of the population, wouldn't you say?

Most guys have stiopped growing buy the age of 21-22yrs. However I have not heard of anyone getting taller past the age of 25. If I were you I would make peace with the height that you are.

physiologically every one stops growing after the growth plate gets fused. and after that no one can grow if you really want to increase your height then you should under go limb lengthening using Ilizarov. For normal people it is not recommended as it is a very time consuming process and it involves lot of complications that may affect your final functional out come. if you still want it you can consult your orthopaedic surgeon

The solution to your problem which is cosmestic is to have internal heels in your shoes so that you would look taller without giving an impression of heels
