Go for a one hour walk everyday...time yourself...30 minutes one way and then walk home.
Get a calorie counter book and stick to 300 calories per meal. It doesnt matter what you eat, as long as the calorie intake is the same for the 3 meals. If you dont eat enough vegetables....take a multi-vitamin tablet to ensure you get the nutrients you need.
Drink DIET soft drinks, tea and coffee with no sugar....
Do the above strictly and I guarantee that you will be unable to keep extra weight on.
After you get to your goal weight...to maintain. Allow one takeaway meal a week, stay with the diet drinks etc, forget the calories and walk an hour 3 times a week.

Only try to lose weight if you're overweight/obese!! We dont need any more stick-thin people... dont follow celebrities!!
Anyway, here are some tips
-Physical excercise, walk the dog, running, yoga, bike riding, go to the gym, swimming etc.
-Instead of reaching for chips, chocolate, burgers etc, get an apple, yoghurt, low-fat milk and low-sugar cereal, muesli, fruits, vegetables, etc.
-Dont have snacks when you're not hungry. and when you ARE hungry, have some freshly squeezed juice (ones you buy are normally with added sugar..) or a piece of fruit.
- Drink water before dinner and meals, so you will eat less as you wont feel as hungry.
-Before bed, mix water with honey and drink up, it will burn fat during the night while you are sleeping/
dont forget these tips... and remember to work out alot.. follow these and you'll have a new slimmer body in no time.. i hope!

Eat 6 small healthy meals a day, like lots of fruits & Veggies. Drink alot of water, and exercise, walking and jogging is great, only exspenses you have is the running shoes. (which is very important). Sorry to say, unfortunetly when is comes to weight loss, there is no easyway out

Try mixing 3 spoons of honey with 1/2 glass of warm water and drink this mixture everyday after u brush in the morning. This does help over a period of time.

Do as I have done, eat less junkfood, candy, chips, try to eat more healthy, sallads, less fat, drink a loads of wather. Try to exercise-something you can enjoy-I like swimming for example. If you life situation is unhappy, change your lifes situation so you can feel happy about yourself, then it is easier to motivate yourself to loose weight. Good luck!
