cause what is the point of saving. u have it now spend it cause u never know when u will be gone then just before u die u say to ur self why did i not buy that nice dress i wanted!!!! u can save some for the kids but they'll just spend it as well!!!!

Usually it is satisfying and helps calm or make you feel better. I have a tendency if I feel blah of wanting to buy something. I am so glad I am not fully addicted, but there are a lot of people who over spend.

Buying causes anticipation and pleasure centers in the brain fire, acceptance helpfull sales people, Stores are geared to get that responce. I almost never go to malls any more. Shop just for what I want on line.

I like to call it "retail therapy". It works every time and is usually better for me than to spend the money at a shrink.
