You didn't mention your age or if you are learning English as a second language. In fact, I am not sure which dialect of English you are talking about, so here are some general suggestions for American English:

1. First of all someone with way too much time n their hands actually have figured out the words most often used in writing. There are about 125 which are used on more than 50% of all of the writing you would likely do. The list is actually about 1200 words long, but the first 125 are crucial words you use all the time. See Rebecca Sitton site listed below.
2. English is actually a highly phonetic language. Learn the six syllable types, then prefixes, roots and suffixes. EPS has several programs aimed at different age levels ( Explode the Code for elementary level readers and spellers, Megawords for intermediate grades through High School, Recipe for Reading has an excellent resource for teachers and many more)
3. Selecting a software program to help with spelling is another topic in itself.
4. While you are learning, use tools such as the dictionary, spellchecker, spelling check on word processor, or a good spelling friend to help you edit anything important, like assignments or work applications.
If you are looking for techniques or strategies to learn spelling, ask the question slightly differently and you should get another bunch of advice. Good luck

There are general rules, when it comes to "sound spelling" but the rules are not always correct. You can start by learning the different sounds of the vowels.
If you went to a teacher's store, or Amazon, you can find a spelling program book. Most of the time these books are organized into groups of words with the same sounds and spelling patterns. If you study the book, you will be able to put most English words into similiar spelling groups.

Are you learning English as a second language?
If so, you are doing really well. Learning to spell correctly is difficult enough for English speakers.
Some people have a natural ability to remember correct spelling. Others, even bright people, have trouble with it. There are some rules which apply most of the time, but there are so many sounds in the English language that have different spelling. For example: FORT, TAUGHT,TAWDRY, TAUT, THOUGHT, all have the same sound in the middle, but the " OR" sound is spelt differently in each.
There are some rules which apply in most cases, such as :
"i" before "e", except after c. (and there are exceptions to that, too.)
For plurals, If a word ends in "y ", drop the "y" & add 'ie' then 's',(lady - ladies). Also, for most plurals, you just add "s", but for words ending in "x", "s","ch", "sh" & "ss", you add 'es'.
If you write out lots of words like these, singular then plural, you will eventually learn them.
bus - buses, match - matches, box - boxes.
You have to read & write a language repeatedly to become fluent in it.

Practice. Computer programs. Writing words over and over. Making up things to remember words. Use the spell check on your computer.

Here is your question spelled correctly. The grammar is still incorrect, but the spelling is correct now.
