How reliable are these services? Foreclosureland charges you one time and promises the best, freshes list anywhere. But what advantage do I have to purchase over anyone else?

You can contact mortgage departments at your local banks and get info on available foreclosures for free.

I would get onto the city website that your looking in. They report every foreclosure. You can also look in the paper they are reported there as well, but some people can request that it not be printed in the newspaper, but most don't know that. Your bank is only going to have what they foreclosed on. The websites are fraudulant. They pull homes from for sale websites and put it as foreclosures & hope the actual homeowner doesn't notice. I would stick the the city website and newspaper.

Find a local Realtor that your happy with - they have access to all of these sales, & it costs you nothing !
