Every girl whether they be at a bar, work or celebrities that he has ever mentioned are attractive have fair skin and are blonde. I've never known him fancy a brunette let alone someone with dark features like me.

You do know someone, YOU. If it's that big of an issue, I'd ask him to tell you the type of female he's usually attracted to. But keep the conversation light. And if he says that it's the blonde, fair skinned girls that he's mostly attracted to, then I think you should feel even better about yourself and more secure that there must be something special about you to make him break his usual habits. Don't worry about it at all.

Well your man sucks. There are tons of men who love dark women. I have dark hair and tons of men I know would not have it any other way. You have one problem your man sucks. You need to fix something. The only thing wrong with you is that you have an a hole for a man. You are beautiful. You need someone who appreciates you for your beauty. There are many men who will just get another man. You will never be happy with him. Blondes are not usually real anyway. Get with someone who appreciates you for yourself. Your inner and outer beauty. He does not deserve a woman as great as you. Let him have a superficial blonde that rejects him for something stupid.
I used to be blonde as a little girl I am glad it naturally got dark with age. I feel more beautiful the darker it gets.

Don't let that put you down. He is with you isn't he. He can have prefrerences in characteristics of a type of kind of girl; but that doesn't mean he is not attracted to you. In fact if he likes this girls that have nothing in common with you; that can only mean that you have made an impression on him so big that he can look beyond his state of mind about what and who is atractive and be with you. Maybe that is exactly what drove him to you.

Then he is a real hypocrite. Why is he dating someone whose features he doesn't like? Because he can't find/doesn't have the quality to attract a blonde/fair skin? If that's the case, he is the loser. He is in fact saying he is settling with someone he values less because he doesn't have what it takes to attract someone he values more.
You should dump him. Why be his second or third or last best if you can be someone else's best?

they say you want what you don't have. All my life I wished I had those dark brown almost black eyes like my Dad ! I think they are so pretty.(and brown is supposed to be a dominant color) But no, I got my mom's color. Don't worry. My cousin from up north came down south here and he LOVED the dark hair and dark-eyed girls down here. He said that's all you see up there is blond , light eyes. I guess there's that german, Norwegian influence. Down here we got the French thing going on ! Be Happy. Haven't you heard... "black don't crack !"

The fact that he is with you, pretty much blows that theory out of the water. Needless to say, he PICK you.. he is WITH you and apparently that makes you extremely special in his eyes. You stand out from the rest!

If he's your bf then you obviously don't have anything to worry about. If he asks you to dye your hair blond, well...then you should worry. Otherwise be confident in yourself that he chose you and not any of the blond girls he points out.

no he should worry - (if you have enough self respect and self love that you are not willing to change for him). He should be really worried if the only thing that attracts him in a woman is her features - that makes him very shallow and i would not waste my time on him good luck

I unquestionably have grimy blonde hair, each and every now and returned darkish eco-friendly eyes, yet many times mild eco-friendly eyes&semi-tan dermis that tans quite&human beings think of its a solid mixture :) my guy continually calls me his eco-friendly eyed angel
