Alot of things can be the culprit for breakouts, but one likely one for girls when you get them around your chin & jaw area is hormonal changes. So if you think it's around the time you may be getting your period soon, that could be a likely cause.I take care of my skin too,but I know that if it's getting to be near that time, there's pretty much nothing I can do to prevent it.Also, your pillowcase can cause it;have you been using any different products in your hair?I've had that happen, where something that's in a hair product I've used gets on my pillowcase,& then your face is pressed against it as you sleep.Sometimes just changing it more often can help.I guess it's possible it could have been the makeup brushes;maybe if your skin is really sensitive,it may cause it,but did you buy any new makeup too?It could be something that's in it.Or have you been participating in sports lately or other physical activity? The sweat could be doing it too.But either way,a good thing to help clear up breakouts is using a cleanser w/ salacylic acid in it.And also using a spot treatment on the pimples can help-personally,I like spot treatments that contain sulfur.I use one Clearasil makes, but I think Proactiv's spot treatment contains sulfur as well. Also, based on your skin type,if your skin is overly dry that can actually cause breakouts too. When it's over dry, your skin tries to compensate by over producing oils, which can cause you to breakout.

Drink a lot of water, wash your face with an oily skin cleanser and treat the breakouts with an overnight pimple cream. Keep your hands off your face unless you're washing it.

omigodd...i think you are stressed that's the sudden outbreak
don't worry i just had an outbreak too...
anywayz...apply a big blob of fair & lovely fairness cream on your pimples and leave overnight...the next day, if you still have them continue to do that night...
it would surely disappear in about max 2 days
my pimples have simply vanished...remember to always keep your skin clean and oil free...avoid using body soap on your face...buy facial wash or scarb to wash your face
take care

they don't just go away.
if your skin is oily, wash with cleanser, apply benzoyl peroxide (2.5%) and mosturizer.
it will go away in a few days.
