I am a fellow of ILEX who has given up work to look after my baby. I am determined to set up a business or work part time hours from home. I worked in personaal injury work, namely fast track cases for the last 6 years and it seems a waste to stop it completely. However, I am struggling to come up with ideas of what I could do from home which remains within the rules and regulations.

You could start a business as a freelance paralegal. You could give legal information for a fee. However you should type up a disclaimer stating that the information given is not intended to be legal counsel and that if they are in need of legal counsel that they should consult an attorney. There are a lot of people that need legal information. But just tell them the legal information given is for that purpose only just info. You won't be practicing law as long as you don't tell them they should do this or that. If you need more ideas email me. I have a ton of them.

make up a big staff directly under u.then based on the idea which u have start your work form home and make some1 as your representative and ask him to carry out all the work day to day.if this idea works then please choose my answer as the best one.
