That is most likly just swollen glands. Do you have a cold or infection of some kind? Usualy that is a sign your body is fighting off the sickness. If you've had it for more than a week, better get it checked. Not likly it's the big "C" so don't panic.

Those lumps are most likely lymph nodes. When they get inflammed like that it is usually not a good sign. The lymph system is what our body uses to fight infections. Is it serious? It could be. It could also be something treatable with antibiotics. It could be an infected lymph gland (similar to tonsillitis) or it could be lymphoma. Please see your doctor ASAP. Enlarged lymph nodes can be the sign of something very serious. He may want to take a biopsy just to make sure they aren't malignant. The sooner you get it diagnosed the sooner you can treat it.
They could also be benign fatty tumors. Best to see your doctor so he can find out what they are.

The breast tissue actually goes up to under your arm. It is possible that is is only a swollen lymph node though. You have some kind of illness that your body is fighting .could be cold coming on or even something you don't notice. You should, however, call your Dr. and have him/her examine the lump just to be safe.

Non-painful lumps under you arm and at the back of your neck are often indicative of lymphatic cancer. I recommend that you have it checked immediately. Just in case that is what it is, the worlds top hospital at treating lymphatic cancer is Sanoviv. www.sanoviv.com I believe is their web site. If you are near Southern California, that is also the best place to check for abnormalities. (I had a friend with the same condition, all the doctors said she would die...sanoviv cured her)

Lumps under your arm are considered part of your breast. I would call your family doctor and make an appointment right away.

I am wondering why so many of the answers got the thumbs down? Don't take that as an indication that you should not heed the advise because we are all saying the same thing. Get your doctor to check it out.

Breast cancer can be under your arm too and is not always painful at first. It could be benign ( not cancerous) but the only sure way of telling is by seeing your doctor. Please see him immediately. If it is something serious it is better to catch it early.

Go see a doc - sounds like an infected lymph node...
easy to fix with anti-biotics ...
If it gets bad - could get lanced...
