Lucky.. it basically means that you are fortunate.. that you get things that you need and want not because you did something to get them, but because they just happened..
I was walking down the street and found a 20$ bill on the ground. That was lucky. I was walking in the mall, slipped on a wet floor and someone caught me before my head hit the concrete.. that was lucky. The very first day of househunting, you find your dream home, and it has a price that you can afford.. that's lucky.
Someone who is "lucky" has things like this happen al the time. They're always finding the exact thing they need, they're always falling into oppourtunity.
