Here are some sites with metric conversion tables: I think the yahoo one was the easiest to use.

I used to get all types of them at a local "teachers supply" store and they have them in school catalogs. I would tape them every where for my son while he was learning new math equations like under the top bunk so when he would stare up it was there :) (next to the toilet was his favorite) Good Luck!
