1stly Its made by Sony.
2ndly Its got the most powerful Processor around (CELL) by IBM.
3rdly, CELL produces the best H-D Gaming support . (+ Blu Ray)
Lastly, it uses the Blu-Ray Drive... Blu ray disc holds up 2 50 Gig.
Plus the slick console and the built in Wireles LAN system and controllers. And ofcourse, Reads PS1 & PS2 Games + Team Work with the PSP.
Come on, who can beat that?

because when the ps3 (when its launched) will blow everything else out of the water-get a 360 by all means but when the ps3 is released and you see one in action the 360 will be consigned to the attic.

Don't wait for Sony, because when they do come out, you'll still be waiting another year before you can buy one because they have sold out, unless you want to pay silly money for it.
Also the XBOX 360 makes a brilliant media extender, worth the money just for that.

Because the PS3 will kick as.s, and as i am an avid PS player of 7 years i will stay loyal to the comapny who intorduced the first retrospective system, ie being able to play the PS1 games on the PS2

why bother they are all wastes of money i bought a psx ages ago the worse mistake i made i could of bought the bigger model of ps1 but that would be a mistake as well i never play the damn thing any more
