I want to get a divorce because he had cheated behind my back with the other woman. He doesn't give me my daughters. What do I have to do next? To leave the UK without telling him about it. I am afriad of our matter will be brought at the court.

If you leave him without telling him (and leave the kids behind), that could give him a basis for you abandoning the kids and then he might get full custody.
If you leave him, and take the kids with you without telling him, that would be kidnapping.
If you want to get a divorce, you have to go through the courts. Make sure you have a place to live, a steady job, and keep making attempts to see your kids so you can show the court that you deserve to have custody.

Guys getting hooked in a permissive society is pretty common. I think he should have been more careful, but hey, he is only human!
The best thing you can do is discuss this with him, ask him if he has had any women besides you and what he liked about her. Chances are he was just too damn aroused or something! Let him know that you will be hurt if you ever found out that he was cheating on you. This will keep him from 'wandering'.
If he still does even after this talk I suggest you start seeing a coupla german dudes!

I'm an american divorced and living in Argentina. I'm going to court so I can leave the country and return to the U.S. What ever you do, don't leave the country with your kids without his permition, he can take the kids away from you. Get all the proof you can of his emotional abuse towards you (infidelity, etc) and use it in court. good luck

Go to the citizens advice bureau to get advice. But don't be afraid if you have to go to court, but what ever you do don't leave the country, it's not fair on any one especially the children if they have a got relationship with their dad it will only make matters worse especially if he found you or reported you for kidnapping. Remember he did the dirty on you, don't step down to his level. Being a mother my self I know that you would do anything for your children, but do it the right way. Good luck.

As is usually the case, with or without affairs, the Court will always side with thew woman in her demand to have the children.
Unless there are mitigating circumstances, that he can prove, you will get custody of the children.

how do you know he cheated behind your back. well if divorce is what you think will solve the problem, file your case in court first

take it 2 court 2 gain access 2 ur kids and and move away from him and take ur kids with u to make him suffer the same way he made u suffer.

silly woman....if you can prove that he cheated do it....use it in court....i know i would......dont let him think he can just take the kids too,because that doesnt happen.....go to court and whip his butt
