Fatigue is a common complaint among menstrating women and a symptom of PMS. If you feel it is interferring with your life, talk to your doctor to find out the underlying causes and what treatment is best for you.

DO NOT TAKE IRON TABLETS WITHOUT FIRST CONSULTING YOUR DOCTOR TO AVOID TOXICITY (OVERDOSE!) you may have normal iron levels and your feeling of being tired could be completely related to hormonal levels/diet/life style.

It is not abnormal for people to report this. You lose blood in the period and it makes you tired and unable to effectively concentrate.
There are solutions to this, but you would want to go see a health food store to see what they have to help you.

It seems to me like you need more iron, maybe take some vitamin/iron tablets. The best thing is to see your doctor for any underlying causes. Good luck
